2026 POTTERY & HOT ARTS SPRING FAIR

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

 The Syracuse Ceramic Guild is happy to announce we will be holding our 2nd annual Spring Fair. This year’s fair will be held at the United Church of Fayetteville.

We invite Syracuse Ceramic Guild members and other exhibitors working in materials transformed by heat or fire to participate. Application Deadline: March 10, 2026

LOCATION:               United Church of Fayetteville, 310 NY-5, Fayetteville, NY 13066                                                 

 DATES/HOURS:         Friday, May 15, 2026                Set-up hours tentatively 1:30 -7:00 PM

                                      Saturday, May 16, 2026             10:00 AM.  - 5:00 PM

       Sunday, May 17 2026                12:00 PM  -  4:00 PM followed by tear-down & clean-up

               *** Exhibitors and staff should arrive no later than 9:15 AM on Saturday ***

 The Registration Fee is $50.00 for Guild 2026 Members, $125.00 for Non-Guild Members*.

Sales will be handled at a central station.  The Guild will take a 15 percent commission.

 *New Members are required to submit 3-4 photographs prior to payment.  Notification of Guild Membership

acceptance will be notified within seven days from submission.  Email photos to:  syrceramicguild@gmail.com
